Protein Brownie Bowl

1/4 cup egg whites (in this video I’m using 1 egg! Either works, but they both taste great & egg whites will be higher protein / lower cal. If you have extra time, whip the egg whites + baking powder w/ a coffee frother first to make it extra fluffy!)
50g (~1/4 cup) vanilla Greek yogurt (I love Siggis skyr)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
28g (1/4 cup) @kodiakcakes pancake mix
1 tsp baking powder
10g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
splash of milk
Fremgangsmåte
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Add to greased ramekin and air fry or bake at 400°F for 8-10 minutes. You could also try microwaving for 1-2 min but likely won’t be as crispy like a brownie!
Top with toppings of choice! I’m doing some ice cream and strawberries. Vanilla yogurt also works great!
