Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Thighs

Ingredients:
11/2 lbs chicken thighs
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp tamari
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tosp apple cider vinegar
11/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
For serving: prepared rice, sliced green onions,
fresh lime juice, chopped fresh cilantro
Fremgangsmåte
Combine the avocado oil, honey, tamari, garlic, apple cider vinegar, paprika, and onion powder in a small glass or bowl and whisk to combine Take the chicken thighs out of the fridge and add them to a bowl with a lid (or a ziplock bag)
Pour the sauce over top, seal, and allow them to marinate while they come to room temperature before cooking (20-30 minutes)
Preheat your oven to 400
Remove the chicken from the marinade, saving the marinade for later, place the chicken thighs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes
While the chicken is cooking, add the marinade to a small saucepan and bring to a boil Reduce to a simmer and simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened, stirring often
Once the chicken has cooked and your sauce has simmered, serve the chicken over prepared rice and baste generously with the sauce
