Rotel Pasta

1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground turkey sausage (or any sausage you like)
12 oz penne pasta, cooked and drained
½ yellow onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
2 cans (10 oz each) Rotel tomatoes, undrained
16 oz Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
½ cup milk
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Cook the penne pasta according to the package directions, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef, ground turkey sausage (or your favorite sausage), diced onion, and both bell peppers.
Sauté until the meats are browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as you go. Drain any extra grease.
Sprinkle in the onion powder and garlic powder, then mix well.
Pour in the Rotel tomatoes (undrained), milk, and add the Velveeta cubes. Stir to combine, then cover.
Let everything cook until the cheese melts, stirring now and then for a smooth, creamy sauce.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing until everything’s evenly coated and combined.
Serve hot and enjoy!
