Ingredienser

4 rice cakes

1 cup brewed coffee

8 tbsp yoghurt (I used vanilla Greek)

1 scoop of protein powder (optional)

1 tbsp maple syrup

Cocoa powder for dusting

Fremgangsmåte

Mix together the yoghurt, maple syrup and protein powder.

Dip each rice cake in the coffee for a few seconds. Repeat with all the rice cakes

Spread 2 tbsp of the yoghurt mixture on to the rice cake, and then repeat to get a stack. Dust with cocoa powder

Can eat straight away or refrigerate for an hour for maximum flavour
