Ravioli with Tomatoes, Asparagus, Garlic, and Herbs

Ingredienser

12 oz fresh or frozen ravioli

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup asparagus, chopped

3 cloves garlic, chopped

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil or parsley, for topping

Grated Parmesan, for serving

Fremgangsmåte

Boil ravioli in salted water 4–5 mins. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large pan. Sauté garlic for 1 min.

Add tomatoes and asparagus. Cook 5–7 mins.

Add ravioli, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss gently.

Plate and top with herbs and Parmesan.
