Alfredo Sauce

Ingredienser

1 1/2 c milk

1 1/2 c heavy cream

1/2 c grated parmesan

1/2 c grated romano

6 egg yolks

salt & pepper

Fremgangsmåte

Heat milk & cream until it simmers. Turn off heat, slowly whip in cheese, then remove from heat.

Place yolks in a large bowl & slowly whip in a portion of the milk/cheese mixture.

Place on very low heat & continually stir until simmering. Take sauce off heat so it thickens. Season to taste.
