Greek Yogurt Oat Bars

3 ripe bananas âŁ
1 cup @chobani greek yogurt âŁ
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 @vitalfarms eggsâŁ
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey âŁ
1 1/2 @bobsredmill cups rolled oatsâŁ
1 cup oat flour (you can sub for AP flour)âŁ
1 1/2 tsp baking powderâŁ
1/2 tsp baking sodaâŁ
1 tsp cinnamon âŁ
1/2 cup chocolate chips âŁ

Start by preheating your oven to 350FâŁ
Mash your bananas in a large bowl then add in your greek yogurt and peanut butter. Sir well then add in your maple syrup and eggs. Mix well. âŁ
In a separate bowl add all your dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add your dry ingredients to wet and mix to combine. âŁ
Line a 9x13 baking dish and add your batter. Top with extra chocolate chips and place in the oven.
Bake on 350F for 40 minutes or until completely cooked through. âŁ
