Ingredienser

  • Shrimp garlic

  • White onion

  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1 teaspoon chili sate

  • ½ tablespoon sugar pepper

Fremgangsmåte

  1. Saute garlic and onion in oil

  2. Add shrimp in one layer

  3. Cook 1 minute on both sides

  4. Add 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, chili sate, sugar, and pepper to pan

  5. Mix everything together and turn heat up to med high (7-8)

  6. Let sauce reduce for a few minutes, recoating the shrimp

  7. Serve with rice
