Gochujang-Glazed Yellow Squash Stir-Fry

Ingredienser

2 yellow summer squash, sliced

•1 tbsp gochujang

•1 tbsp soy sauce

•1 tsp rice vinegar

•1 tsp honey or brown sugar

•1 clove garlic, minced

•1 tsp sesame oil

•1 tbsp neutral oil (e.g., canola or grapeseed)

•Toasted sesame seeds & scallions (for garnish)

Fremgangsmåte

Instructions:

1.Mix gochujang, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl.

2.Heat neutral oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

3.Add sliced squash, sauté 3–4 minutes until slightly golden and tender.

4.Add the gochujang sauce, stir well to coat evenly, and cook another 2–3 minutes.

5.Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve with rice or noodles.
