Egg Tofu w/Beef

Ingredienser

Oyster sauce

White pepper

Sesame oil

2 fang zhi yuan egg tofu tubes

1/2 lb beef chuck rolls (or 1/2 package from Costco)

Cornstarch

Fremgangsmåte

Marinate the beef with a mixture of soy sauce, white pepper, sesame oil, oyster sauce.

Cut open 2 egg tofus and slice 1.5 inch rounds.

Sprinkle 3 tbsp? cornstarch on small plate.

Coat the top and bottom tofu rounds by dipping in cornstarch.

Mix (approximately) 2 tsp corn starch, 1/2 tsp sugar, 2 tsp oyster sauce, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil,, 1 tsp LKK chicken bouillon concentrate, 2 tbsp water in container.

Add olive oil to pan on medium heat.

When hot, put tofu rounds in (you will hear it sizzle).

After a few minutes, flip over. Both sides should be golden brown. Take out the tofu?

Marinade the beef with a mixture of salt, soy sauce, white pepper, sesame oil, oyster sauce.

Remove the tofu.

Turn to high heat. Add oil. Add a tiny bit of sliced garlic and ginger.

Add the beef, cook a little bit.

Add the tofu. Add the sauce.

Add a little bit of water if necessary.

Taste for seasoning. Probably a little salt.
