Thai Green Curry

2 large chicken breast
Half a jar of green curry paste
2 TBSP fish sauce
2 Tsp sugar.
2 handfuls sliced green beans
2 270ml coconut milk
3 cups of dry rice appox
4.5 cups of water or too first knuckle
Fremgangsmåte
Add rice and water to rice cooker
Cut up 2 large chicken breast about .5cm cubes (smaller than pasta dish)
Heat deep fry pan with 2 tbsp of oil medium-high heat.
Add half a jar of curry paste. Stir around 30seconds.
Add chicken, stir and cook until chicken is cook.
Add coconut milk, sugar and fish sauce.
Simmer until rice clicks off. Add green beans for 5-10minutes.
