BBQ. stuffed potatoes

6 large floury potatoes 100g Heinz Mayonnaise 100ml milk 60g butter 60g cooked ham, torn 120g Cheddar, grated 8 spring onions, sliced

Salt and black pepper

Fremgangsmåte

1 Heat the barbecue to a medium-high heat and add the potatoes. Close the lid of the barbecue and cook for one hour until the potatoes are tender and easily pierced with a fork.

2 When the potatoes are cool enough to handle, slice them open lengthwise and scoop out the cooked insides, leaving a bit around the sides and bottom.

3 Add the scooped-out insides to a bowl and mash with the remaining ingredients.

4 Carefully mound the mixture back into the skins. Place back onto the barbecue, close the lid and cook for another 20-30 minutes until the tops have browned.
