Feta Cheese Puffs

puff pastry: 600 g (21 oz)
cheese cream: 120 g (4.2 oz)
garlic: 10 g (0.4 oz)
feta cheese: 100 g (3.5 oz)
parsley: 20 g (0.7 oz)
cheese: 120 g (4.2 oz)
eggs: 1 pc
cheese: 70 g (2.5 oz)
Fremgangsmåte
Cut puff pastry in to squares. Spread some cream cheese, crumbled feta, fresh parsley and bring corners of pastry together.
Pinch to seal and turn over.
Use a whisk tool to push down and make 4 lines and then rotate to make 4 more. Cut these lines almost to the centre and twist each piece.
Baste with beaten egg and bake in the oven.
