Watermelon Pizza Recipe

Ingredienser

1 large round slice of watermelon (about 1 inch thick)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or any preferred yogurt)

1 Tablespoon honey

1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)

1/4 cup sliced kiwi

1/4 cup granola

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Cut a large round slice of watermelon about 1 inch thick from the middle of the watermelon. Remove any seeds if necessary.

Mix

In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey until well combined.

Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the top of the watermelon slice, leaving a small border around the edge to resemble a pizza crust.

Top

Arrange the mixed berries and sliced kiwi over the yogurt, distributing them evenly.

Sprinkle granola on top for a crunchy texture.

Garnish

If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves for an added burst of flavor and color.

Cut the watermelon pizza into wedges like a traditional pizza and serve immediately.
