1/2 cup brown sugar replacement @Lakanto
Cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Frosting recipe:
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat) @chobani
1 triangle Light Laughing Cow cheese @thelaughingcowusa
1/2 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix @simplydessertsnatural
1 TBSP pumpkin puree @libbyspumpkin
Pinch of salt & cinnamon
Recipe:
Cut Hawaiian rolls in half and set aside.
Tip: If you aren’t going to eat right away, lightly toast the rolls first to avoid them getting soggy.
Fremgangsmåte
Mix together 1/3 cup softened light butter, 1/2 cup Truvia brown sugar replacement, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Spread half of the cinnamon butter mixture onto the bottom half of the rolls.
Place the top half of the rolls back on and spread the remaining cinnamon butter over the top.
Bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes.
While they bake, make the frosting: mix 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 triangle Light Laughing Cow cheese, 1 TBSP pumpkin puree, 1/2 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix, salt, and cinnamon until smooth.
