This peach pecan cottage cheese bake is soft, naturally sweet, and loaded with wholesome ingredients. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or brunch that’s filling and full of flavor.

Ingredients (makes about 6 servings):

2 cups cottage cheese

1 cup oats

2 ripe peaches, diced

½ cup chopped pecans

¼ cup honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

2 large eggs

½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Step 2: Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, oats, diced peaches, chopped pecans, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, eggs, baking powder, and salt until fully combined.

Step 3: Pour & Spread

Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Step 4: Bake
