High Protein Blueberry Bagels

Ingredienser

3 cups flour

3 cups Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups blueberries

Fremgangsmåte

Preheat your oven to 420°F.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until a shaggy dough forms.

Turn out the dough and form into a single ball.

Divide into 8 equal portions. Roll each into a ball.

Press down slightly, poke your finger through the middle of each ball, and gently stretch to form a bagel shape.

Place bagels on a lined baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes until golden and puffed.

Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.

Slice, toast, and enjoy with your favourite toppings!
