Big Mac Smashed Potato Salad

400g Baby potatoes
1 tsp Aromat seasoning, heaped
1 tsp Paprika
Salt & pepper
250g Lean beef mince
20g Tomato puree
1 tsp English mustard
1 Beef stock cube
20g Onions, finely diced
Iceberg lettuce
4 slices Plastic cheese
For the burger sauce
3 tbsp Light mayonnaise
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1tsp English mustard
Dash gherkin juice
Pinch garlic granules
Pinch paprika
Fremgangsmåte
Boil the new potatoes until tender then smash with the bottom of a glass.
Spray with oil then season with roast potato seasoning (or Aromat) and paprika.
Air fry on 200C for 10 minutes, flip, spray again then cook for a further 5-10 minutes or until crispy.
In the meantime cook the beef mince in a pan until browned then season with 1 tsp mustard, tomato puree or tomato ketchup.
Then crumble over the beef stock cube along with a dash of boiling water to loosen. Cook on high for a minute to get lovely and sticky.
To make the burger sauce, simply mix tomato ketchup with mayo, 1 tsp mustard, dash of gherkin juice and a pinch of paprika and garlic granules.
Assemble, drizzle over the burger sauce, then the finely diced onions and dig in!
