Cottage Cheese Flatbread! Protein-packed,

Ingredienser

1 cup cottage cheese (2 % - 4%)

2 eggs

1 clove garlic

3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

½ tsp Italian seasoning or dried basil

1 – 2  tbsp Dijon mustard

1 oz deli roasted turkeu

1 slices cheddar cheese (1 –  oz)

2 thin tomato slices

1 cup sliced lettuce

Fremgangsmåte

In a small food processor add cottage cheese, eggs, garlic, parmesan and Italian seasoning and purée until smooth, about 1 minute.

Spread out evenly on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 350 F for about 25 – 30 minutes or just until top has set and it is lightly browned.

Let cool completely. Carefully lift flatbread off parchment paper and place flat on surface.

Spread with Dijon, add turkey, tomatoes, cheese slice and lettuce lettuce and roll up carefully. Cut in half. Don’t worry if it cracks. Enjoy!
