1 pound chicken breast or thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)
2 Tablespoons taco seasoning
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Flour tortillas
Shredded Mexican cheese blend
Pico de gallo (for topping)

Season the Chicken:
Season
In a bowl, combine chicken with taco seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly coated.
Cook the Chicken:
Air Fry
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes or until golden and fully cooked, shaking halfway through.
Assemble the Tacos:
Assemble
On half of each flour tortilla, sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese. Add some cooked chicken on top, then fold the tortilla in half.
Bake:
Bake
Place the folded tacos on a baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes or until crispy and the cheese is melted.
Serve:

Top with fresh pico de gallo and serve warm!
