Ingredienser

3 cups flour (360 g)

2 tbsp olive oil (30 ml)

1¼ cups warm water (300 ml)

2 tsp active dry yeast (7 g)

1½ tsp salt (9 g)

Fremgangsmåte

Combine the warm water and olive oil in a large mixing bowl.

Add flour, yeast, and salt. Stir until a dough comes together.

Stretch, fold, and shape into a smooth ball.

Cover with a towel and let rise for 1–2 hours, until doubled. For faster rising, place in a warm cabinet or other dark spot.

Transfer to parchment paper, dust with flour, and shape for a loaf pan.

Score the top with a knife and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–40 minutes, until golden.

Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy warm
