High Protein Pepperoni Pizza Hot Pockets

Ingredienser

410g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt (Chobani 0.5% Fat Greek Yoghurt)

400g Plain All Purpose Flour (Vetta Smart Plain Flour - can be substituted for self raising flour)

2 Tsp Baking Powder

Italian Herb Seasoning, Garlic Powder & Salt

20g Low Fat Cheese (Per Pizza Pocket - Bega

15g Pizza Sauce/Marinara

20g Sliced Mini Pepperoni (Sultan Mini Beef Salami - can be substituted for Turkey pepperoni or beef pepperoni)

Store in the fridge/freezer & reheat when ready to eat!

Reheat instructions:

Microwave = 3 - 5 Minutes (flip half way)

Air Fryer = 5 - 10 Minutes 180C / 180F

Oven = 5 - 10 Minutes 200C / 400F

Fremgangsmåte

Mix yoghurt, flour, baking powder and herbs to form a rough dough. Make into a ball. Tip out and split into 8 small balls.

Taking a ball, flatten into a circle.

Add toppings (tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni)

Pull edges together around toppings to form a dough ball with fillings inside.

Flatten slightly and cook in frying pan for 5-6mins on each side (lid on)
