Air Fryer Miso Maple Salmon

4 4-6 oz salmon filets
1/4 cup white miso paste
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce (use 1 tablespoon for regular soy sauce)
1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil
Steamed white jasmine rice to serve
Miso Crunch Salad Kit or veggie of choice

Preheat the broiler if using and line a baking sheet or air fryer with parchment.
In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, maple syrup, soy sauce and oil until fully combined and smooth. Add the salmon filets to the bowl and toss to coat.
Add the fillets to the air fryer or baking sheet and pour the remaining sauce evenly over the salmon. Broil for 10-15 min or air fry at 400 for 8-10 min or until you can easily flake off the salmon with a fork.
Serve with steamed rice and salad.
