Milk Bread Rolls

Ingredienser

3 cups (450 grams) All purpose flour

1 1/3 cup milk, warm

2 tsp sugar

7 grams/ 1 packet Instant dry yeast

½ tsp salt

3 tbsp butter (room temp)

Fremgangsmåte

Combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add milk and knead it into a dough.

Add butter to the knead and knead it again for 6-7 minutes until soft dough.

Let the dough rise for an hour.

Punch the dough to remove excess air. Divide the dough into equal parts using a cookie cutter. Shape them into buns and keep them for 2nd rise for 30-35 mins.

Brush milk on them and bake them at 350 F for 25-30 mins or until golden brown on top.

Apply butter after they are done.
