Easy Pudding Dessert

Ingredienser

1 1/2 packs graham crackers

1/3 cup sugar

1 1/2 stick melted margarine

1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream softened

1 large package of chocolate pudding

Fremgangsmåte

Crushed the graham crackers and mix with sugar and melted butter until blended well. Pat firmly in a 9 x 13 pan.

Fold the softened ice cream with the instant pudding. Pour over crust. Freeze and serve with Cool Whip.

Alternative:

Use 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream with one large instant banana pudding. Freeze for four hours and serve with fresh fruit.
