Butternut Squash, Chickpea And Spinach Madras

Ingredienser

Jar of madras curry sauce

tin of drained chickpeas

7 or 8 pellets of frozen spinach

½ a butternut squash, diced

Tablespoon of oil for butternut squash

Fremgangsmåte

Put chickpeas, spinach, and madras sauce into slow cooker or pan

Start making easy pilau rice

Put butternut squash into oven or air fryer and cover with oil and season - cook for 25 minutes, add to slow cooker or pan once roasted
