Creamed Corn Steak Bites Herb Penne

12 oz penne pasta

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp dried thyme

1 (15 oz) can creamed corn

½ cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)

Fremgangsmåte

Cook penne according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season steak bites with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites until golden brown and cooked to your liking, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in Italian seasoning, thyme, creamed corn, and heavy cream. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add Parmesan cheese and stir until creamy and smooth.

Return steak bites and cooked penne to the skillet. Toss until everything is well coated in the creamy corn herb sauce.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
