8 oz high-protein pasta (Banza, Barilla Protein+ or carbe diem)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to spice level)

For the sauce:

1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese (blended smooth)

1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt

1/2 cup Fairlife protein milk

1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1 tbsp butter (forgot to show in the video)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (for garnish)
