Sausage Wonton Stars

1 pound(s) bulk pork sausage or hot sausage

1/2 medium green pepper, chopped fine

1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped fine

2 bunch(es) green onions, chopped fine

2 cup(s) shredded Colby cheese

1/2 cup(s) ranch dressing

Fremgangsmåte

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly press wonton wrappers into the bottom and up the sides of mini muffin cups.

Bake for 5 - 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned (do not overbake).

In a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink and drain very well.

Add diced peppers and green onions. Cook for about 5 minutes with the sausage.

Stir in the cheese and ranch dressing.

Cook until everything is heated and melted.

Spoon the warm filling into the wonton cups and serve.
