Lemon Loaf

Bahan-bahan

250g plain flour

2 tsp baking powder

75g sugar

50g melted butter

150g plain yogurt

2 eggs

Zest and juice of 2 lemons

Hold back 2tsp of the lemon juice

For the glaze:

2 tbsp icing sugar

2 tsp lemon juice

Arahan

Bake at 180c fan for 35 minutes. If using a metal loaf you will need to line it with parchment paper.
