Protein Breakfast Brownie

Here’s a soft, pudding-like “brownie” that makes the perfect breakfast, with plenty of protein and a good amount of fiber ✨

Ingredients (Serves 1)***

½  banana

⅓ cup (30 g) rolled oats

1 scoop (36g) vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup milk (any kind, I used dairy)

Optional: Dark chocolate chips (for topping)

Arahan

Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan forced)/ 340°F (convection).

Add the banana, oats, protein powder, cacao powder, baking powder, and milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour into a small baking dish (mine is about 8” × 6” / 20 × 15 cm).

Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if you like.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still soft.

Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for a gooey breakfast, or chill for a firmer bite.

Macros (without chocolate chips): ~449 calories, ~33 g protein, ~46 g carbs, ~13 g fat
