Dinner - Autumn/ Winter
Charred Purple Sprouting Broccoli, Lentils & Mozzarella.

350g purple sprouting or tenderstem broccoli, any woody ends trimmed off
1 ball buffalo mozzarella, roughly torn
250g cooked green or brown lentils
1 small shallot, finely diced
1 tsp runny honey
Half a head of radicchio, roughly diced and washed
Good pinch chilli flakes
1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Arahan
Place the broccoli in a large frying pan with a little oil over a medium heat. Move around the pan from time to time until tender and slightly charred
Meanwhile mix together the shallots, a little lemon zest and juice to taste, chilli flakes, honey, radicchio, lentils, salt and a good glug of olive oil
Layer the lentil mixture, mozzarella and broccoli onto a serving plate
