Baby’s 30 Minutes Dinner

Garlic Bread

Bahan-bahan

1lb Italian or French loaf

1/2C Soften Unsalted better

10 Large cloves of Garlic, finely minced

1T Chopped Fresh Parsley

1/8t Sea Salt

1/8t Garlic powder

1/4C Grated Parmesan Cheese

Arahan

  • Preheat oven to 425F & line a baking sheet w/ foil. Sliced bread in half, cut side up on the lined baking sheet.

  • Mix all ingredients until combined. Spread evenly over bread.

  • Bake 10-15 minutes, until the age is slightly golden brown.

Nota

  • Salted butter can be used if doesn’t have unsalted.

  • Cheese is optional, so it’s totally fine w/o it. I tend to cut salt down to a pinch to reduce saltiness.

  • Can replace up to 25% of butter with olive oil.

  • Long hard crusted bread works the best for this, so ciabatta is ideal. Baguettes can be rather hard for this application.

  • Butter mixture can be premade, freeze for later use when wrap it tightly w/ plastic & store in the air tight container. I prefer not to freeze premade garlic bread since bread may not be as “fresh” tasting.

  • Depends on your garlic and how GARLICKY you want w/ the mix, adjust the amount of garlic accordingly.

  • Dried parsley can be used if don’t have fresh.
