Baby’s 30 Minutes Dinner
Garlic Bread

1lb Italian or French loaf
1/2C Soften Unsalted better
10 Large cloves of Garlic, finely minced
1T Chopped Fresh Parsley
1/8t Sea Salt
1/8t Garlic powder
1/4C Grated Parmesan Cheese
Arahan
Preheat oven to 425F & line a baking sheet w/ foil. Sliced bread in half, cut side up on the lined baking sheet.
Mix all ingredients until combined. Spread evenly over bread.
Bake 10-15 minutes, until the age is slightly golden brown.
Nota
Salted butter can be used if doesn’t have unsalted.
Cheese is optional, so it’s totally fine w/o it. I tend to cut salt down to a pinch to reduce saltiness.
Can replace up to 25% of butter with olive oil.
Long hard crusted bread works the best for this, so ciabatta is ideal. Baguettes can be rather hard for this application.
Butter mixture can be premade, freeze for later use when wrap it tightly w/ plastic & store in the air tight container. I prefer not to freeze premade garlic bread since bread may not be as “fresh” tasting.
Depends on your garlic and how GARLICKY you want w/ the mix, adjust the amount of garlic accordingly.
Dried parsley can be used if don’t have fresh.
