Ingredients per serving:
5 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp gochugaru
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 white onion
2 green onions
1 tbsp jalapeno
1 ½ lbs silken tofu
4 boiled eggs
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 cup water
How to make it yourself:
Arahan
Thinly slice your green onions, white onions, and jalapeno
Boil your eggs for 6 minutes and immediately add them into cold water
Peel your eggs underwater
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, gochugaru, minced garlic, white onion, green onion, jalapeno, sesame seeds, and water
In a container, add your peeled eggs, silken tofu, and pour your sauce on top and let it marinate for a few hours and enjoy with some rice!
