Asparagus Risotto

1 pack Asparagus
Butter
1/2 Yellow Onion
1 cup? Arborio rice
White wine mostly for the risotto
Parmeggiano reggiano
Chicken or vegetable boullion

Start by sauteeing diced l white onion then add a pack of asparagus to the frying pan with tallish sides
Once those have a nice color and are at least partially cooked add water (and optionally a bit of stock) so the asparagus is fully cooked. The leftover water is used to cook the (preferably arborio) rice
Ok so the rice is cooked and the extra stock (and potentially wine) is added slowly as risotto is normally cooked
Then the onion and asparagus are put into a container to be blended with a staff mixer with a good bit of parmesan reggiano or grana padano
I tried with garlic as well and it was nice but less faithful to the original
Once the risotto is almost done then we add more cheese and the liquefied asparagus sauce
