Cranberry Orange Snowstar Cookies

For 18–24 cookies:

1 cup butter (softened)

1 cup sugar

1 egg

Zest of 1 large orange

2 tbsp fresh orange juice

2 ½ cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup dried cranberries (finely chopped)

½ tsp vanilla extract

Powdered sugar for dusting

Arahan

Cream butter + sugar until light and fluffy.

Mix in egg, vanilla, orange zest, and orange juice.

Add flour + baking powder, stirring until a soft dough forms.

Fold in the chopped dried cranberries.

Roll out the dough and cut into snowflake/star shapes.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.

Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar for a snowy finish. ❄️✨
