Giant Double Chocolate Chip Cookie

Tbh when am I not in the mood for a GIANT single serve cookie😅 so easy and yummy!

3 tbsp almond butter

3 tbsp maple syrup or honey

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup almond flour

2 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

handful of chocolate chips

How to:

Arahan

preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

add wet ingredients to bowl, mix well then add in dry ingredients, mix until a dough forms and fold in chocolate chips

using your hands, form dough into a large ball and flatten it out on parchment paper, top with extra chocolate chips

bake for 13-15min
