My Famous Electrolyte Drink — Crowd-size Concentrate Version

Perfect for busy weeks, family prep, or post-fast hydration!

Step 1: Make the Concentrate

In a large mason jar or pitcher, combine:

6 Tbsp raw honey

dilute first in ½ cup hot water, then stir to dissolve)

¾ tsp pink salt

1½ cups fresh lemon juice

3 cups fresh orange juice

Mix well until fully combined.

Step 2: Store It

Option 1: Refrigerate the concentrate as-is

When ready to serve, dilute the full batch with 10–12 cups cold water. Stir or shake before serving.

Option 2: Pre-dilute and bottle

Add 10–12 cups cold water right away, then divide into 6 bottles or store in a large pitcher. Refrigerate for up to 4 days.

Option 3: Freeze for later

Freeze the full concentrate without water, or

Divide into 6 portions and freeze separately.

When ready to use, defrost and mix each portion with 2–3 cups cold water, to taste. Shake well and enjoy!
