High-Protein Chicken Salad

1 can (10-12 oz) chicken breast, drained

2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or light mayo (higher protein with yogurt)

1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional for flavor)

1-2 stalks celery, diced (or cucumber for crunch)

2 tbsp diced onion (red onion or scallions work well)

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (to taste)

Optional add-ins: chopped pickles, a squeeze of

lemon, or shredded carrots

Arahan

1. Drain the chicken well and break it up with a fork.

2. Mix in Greek yogurt (or mayo), mustard, and seasonings.

3. Stir in chopped veggies.
