Meatballs

Bahan-bahan

3lbs of meat: 1 pack of meatloaf mix & approx. 1 1/2 pounds of beef

3/4 cup finely chopped onion

3 cloves minced garlic

2 eggs

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

3/4 cup bread crumbs (seasoned)

1 Tbsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp dry mustard

Arahan

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly

Roll into balls, approximately 1-1/2” in diameter

Place on foil lined baking sheet, sprayed with cooking spray

Bake at 350°F for approximately 35 to 40 minutes
