High Protein Turkey Crust Pizza

16oz or 1lb Raw 93/7 Ground Turkey
1 Large Egg
1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Tomato Basil Marinara
58g or 1/2 cup Mozzarella 2%
Optional: Turkey Pepperoni Slices
Arahan
In a bowl add ground turkey, eggs, and bread crumbs.
Mix until fully combined.
Spread onto a lined baking sheet about ¼ inch thick.
Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
Remove, add sauce, cheese, and any other toppings
Bake at 425°F for 6 to 8 minutes until melted and slightly browned.
Let cool, slice into 8 pieces, and enjoy.
