Arahan
1. In a pot, heat a little oil. Sauté garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant.
2. Add washed rice to the pot and stir for 1-2 minutes. Pour in 3 cups water and add the chicken bouillon.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, until rice is cooked and porridge thickens (about 20-30 minutes). Add more water f it becomes too thick.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Ladle into bowls. Top with a halved hard-boiled egg, green onions, and calamansi. Serve hot
