Tomato sauce

Bahan-bahan

1/2 onion, chopped

1 clove garlic

2 T oil

1 small carrot, grated

2 T chopped green pepper

1 Bay leaf

1/2 t oregano

1/2 t thyme

1 t basil

2 T parsley, chopped fresh

2 cups tomatoes coarsest chopped

1 6oz can tomato paste

1 t salt

Pinch of pepper

Arahan

Sauté onion and garlic clove in oil until soft. Crush garlic with fork

Add carrot, green pepper, bay ,eat, herbs

Add tomatoes, tomato paste, seasonings

Simmer 15min

Remove bay leaf
