Luscious Lemon Bars

Bahan-bahan

Base:

1 c flour

1/2 c butter

1/4 c icing sugar

2 eggs

1 c sugar

2 tbsp flour

2 tsp lemon zest

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

Arahan

Base method:

Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients, press into greased 8" pan. Bake 20 minutes.

Top:

Mix remaining ingredients except icing sugar.

Pour over hot crust.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool on rack, can life out of parchment lined pan. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
