Crockpot Tender BBQ Brisket

Tender, juicy beef brisket slow-cooked in a rich, smoky BBQ sauce until it practically falls apart. This set-it-and-forget-it recipe is perfect for family dinners, game day, or feeding a crowd — big flavor with minimal effort.
Ingredients (Serves 6–8)
For the brisket
3–4 lb beef brisket (flat or point)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
For the BBQ sauce
1½ cups BBQ sauce (your favorite)
½ cup beef broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
For garnish (optional)
Fresh parsley or chives, chopped

Pat brisket dry and season generously on all sides with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear brisket 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned.
Place brisket in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and garlic.
Pour sauce over the brisket, making sure it’s well coated.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8–10 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until fork-tender.
Remove brisket and rest 10 minutes, then slice against the grain or shred.
Spoon extra BBQ sauce from the slow cooker over the meat before serving.
