Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta

1 lb ground beef

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 ounces pasta (penne or spaghetti works well)

Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Brown the beef for 5-7 minutes.

Add garlic and onion to the pot and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant and soft.

Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Pour in beef broth and let it simmer for 5 minutes, allowing it to reduce slightly.

Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens and turns creamy, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in uncooked pasta, making sure it’s submerged in the sauce. Add a bit more liquid if needed. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

When the pasta is tender and the sauce is creamy, remove from heat.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
