1 ½ lb beef chuck roast
12 oz pappardelle pasta
2 cups crushed tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp chopped parsley

Season beef with salt and pepper
Sear beef in olive oil until browned
Add onion and garlic, cook until soft
Pour in tomatoes and beef broth
Cover and simmer on low for 3 hours
Shred beef and return to sauce
Cook pasta and toss directly into the ragù
