1 part rice to 7 parts water
Stock cube
2 tbsp miso
1 tbsp minced ginger
For the top:
Mushrooms
Tofu
Soya sauce
Chilli oil
Spring onion
Nurodymai
Wash the rice and then out it in a pan with stock, miso and ginger. Bring to a boil and then let simmer, stirring occasionally for about 40 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare your toppings. I roasted mushrooms and tofu in soya sauce and sesame oil until crispy.
Once rice is thick and porridge like you’re ready to serve. Start with rice in a bowl and then toppings!
