Cucumber Salad

Ingredientai

1 lb Persian Cucumbers

3 Tbsp rice vinegar

1 Tbsp soy sauce

1 Tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp sesame seeds + chopped dill

1 tsp maple syrup

Nurodymai

Slice and salt cucumbers. Let rest for no more than 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

Add all seasonings and mix well. Allow to rest for a few minutes before eating
